Registration and fees

Registration is free! However, we kindly ask that you register to help us with logistics (such as attendance, meals, and coffee breaks). We will provide dinner on the 10th, lunch on the 11th, along with coffee breaks.

Please note that travel and accommodation are not included and should be arranged independently.

Support for PhD and postdocs: The GDR encourages young scientists to participate in the meeting and can offer financial support for students and postdocs without available funding. In such cases, the GDR can cover travel and accommodation expenses within France, up to a reasonable limit. As the budget is limited, support will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
